That's the message I get when I turn on my computer. I was able to get on long enough to copy my pictures onto cds. Thankfully I only had a couple months to catch up with for that. Now I'm scared to touch the computer. I feel like it's going to blow up on me! I know it won't but...
Now to research my options for a new one. That was not in my budget!

we had a close call with our computer this summer. We somehow came down with a virus that wouldn't let us onto our windows page. ALL of our pictures from when Travis was born til last Aug. were on there, and then some, most of them NOT on CD. I was pretty stressed and as you can imagine rather upset at the thought of loosing all of those memories. But, thankfully, Neil Il**alo was able to somehow hack onto our computer and save all of our pics and get rid of the virus. It was well worth the sixty or eighty dollars I paid him. :)
You should really see if someone you know and trust could fix it for you. It may be cheaper to do it that way.
At least it was saying that about your computer and not you. Look on the bright side.
What a bummer.
Mindi, you crack me up. Phew, good thought, right Katie!
Is that the old computer from home? We have another one down the basement to get rid of. I think it is the one we got from Joyce (from Dad's work) to use when ours was in the shop.
Best of luck! Glad your pics were saved. I'm way behind on backing mine up to external hard drive. I'm going to do that now.
Isn't it funny how computers/cellphones, etc are so essential nowadays? I would simply be lost without my computer.
Hope you are doing well!! Any warm weather vaca. plans??
Love the reminder to look on the bright side Mindi. Thanks!
I haven't decided what I'm going to do yet, it is an old computer and I'm not sure it's worth trying to save. I have my pictures and everything else is replaceable.
And let it be a reminder to everyone to make sure they back up their hard drive!!!
